Dr. Franco Fernández D.D.S.

Doctor Fernández is dedicated to cosmetic and implant dentistry and is  member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry ( A.A.C.D.), member ID number 26382 and also member of the International Team for Implantology ID number 4487.

In his efforts to stay current with the latest updates and techniques available Dr. Fernández attends seminars and meetings such as the Scientific Annual Session of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in San Diego, California.
He graduated first from the Veritas University as a Doctor in Dental Surgery and then completed his postgraduate studies in the field of cosmetic dentistry in the University of Costa Rica. He enrolled at the Orthodontics Program at the Instituto Americano de Ortodoncia and attended courses in Dental Aesthetics at the Boston University Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry.
With many certifications in various areas, Dr. Franco Fernández has a detailed understanding built on first hand experience of a wide array of cosmetic dentistry procedures.

Amongst his most relevant studies are:

· Maxillofacial Orthopedics studies at the “Academia de Investigacion Cráneo Oro cervical”.

During his career he has  done his Maxillofacial Surgery Internship at the Mexico Hospital in San José, Costa Rica in 2005 and became President of the Implant Dentistry Section of the Academia de Investigación Cráneo-Oro-Cervical, and has completed over 1000 hours of continuing education and training of cosmetic and implant dentistry.

Dr. Fernández is an active member of the Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas de Costa Rica, Code 238603 and attends annual sessions of the A.A.C.D. (American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry). He is also been a founder member of the Academia de Investigación Craneorocervical  and member Asociación Nacional de Ortodoncia.

Dr. Alejandro Sáenz Gutiérrez D.D.S.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Doctor Sáenz obtained his Dentistry degree in the Universidad de Costa Rica and has specialized in maxillofacial and oral surgery in the Javeriana University of Bogotá, Colombia.  He has been a member of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department of the Hospital Calderón Guardia in San José, Costa Rica for several years. He is also an active member of the Costarrican Academy of Oral, Maxillofacial and Implant Surgery. He became Chief of the Surgery Department at the Dentistry Faculty of the Universidad de Costa Rica. He has taught in this prestigious institution since 1993. In 1992, he decided to open his private practice.

Dr. Christopher Lang D.D.S.

Doctor Lang’s specialty is Endodontics.

He graduated from the Universidad Veritas in Costa Rica and obtained his Master’s degree in Endodontics from the Universidad San Luis Potosí, Mexico. He has done over one year of social services in remote areas of the country.
He has been teaching Endodontics in the Universidad Internacional de las Americas Dentistry Faculty. Nowadays, Doctor Lang is dedicated to his private practice.
